In exactly one month and four days, this beauty will be mine all mine. It's a Rafe and I snagged it via Gilt Group thanks to the access code provided by the lovely ladies at Kingdom Of Style. It was a tough-fought race--someone else had the last one in their cart but they finally dropped it. I feel so victorious. O, online shopping, see what you do to me?
Here's the back, too:

Fantastic! I'm happy for you. :D
Ms. K is there a purse fetish listed in that big book DSM III or what ver it is where they list all of the various quirks, digressions and preoccupations of humanity ? If not I think you might send them an email, this post kills me ! And if anyone ever calls you a materialist throw the Van Gogh quote at them about knowing God by loving many things !!! I've used it to justify a $1700.00 mtn bike and 3 Suburbans over the years.
enc--thanks, it is good stuff! we haven't given gifts to one another in so many years so it will be nice to have a Christmas where we each actually have enough money to buy one another a couple things.
r/m--that's funny the people i used to nanny for had that huge dsm book laying around. i'm a good little consumer and i make no bones about it. hey, at least i gave up starbucks. somehow one day i woke up and realized that spending $4 on a cup of coffee was obscene and ridiculous--that was a sad, sad day.
i did starbucks for lent 2 years ago to shut my kids up and found it was quite liberating too ! i have since relapsed as we say...
That bag is lovely.
I remember your post about the difficulty of finding the perfect bag, and this is beautiful!
ss--thanks. happy to see you around!
meg--yeah, i started working and stopped thinking i wanted to spend so much anyhow. this is the perfect balance--not too expensive and, better yet, a gift!
